Homemade pasta and bread according to Umbrian tradition from its origins to the present day

Workshop and tasting session in the castle

Program: 01 night / 2 days –

1st day: Arrival in the morning and start of the homemade pasta workshop. Explanation and preparation of 03 types of typical Umbrian pasta: Strangozzo, Tagliatella and Gnocchi Aperitif and convivial lunch with the 3 types of pasta prepared.

In the afternoon Baking according to tradition with the Casareccio Bread Workshop

Typical dinner at the restaurant La Sgrinfia and Overnight –

2nd day: Breakfast and free visit to the Marmore waterfalls or as an alternative to the city of Spoleto Return to the castle and tasting lunch Departure and delivery of the “Vecchio Mattarello” diploma

Experience valid for a minimum of 06 people

The use of the swimming pool in the summer is also included in the rate.
